Barrier Jump Plyometric Progression

plyometrics

One of my favorite plyometric progression is line jumps and barrier jumps because they can be progressed easily. My typical gradual progression would be double leg line jumps, double leg low barrier jumps, double leg cone jumps. Once we are at 8 or 10 inch cone height, I like to go through the same progression with single leg.The most important cue is toes turned slightly out with jumping.
